You’ve got the chance to visit an exciting exhibition of our student’s work!
‘Sustain’ is a collection of works made by students on the BA (Hons) Art & Design and BA (Hons) Graphic Design course at University Centre Weston. This exhibition reflects the ethos of our courses with environmental and ecological concerns at the heart of what we do. Students have committed to this spirit by making works using locally sourced, sustainable, and often recycled materials, exploring alternative processes and production methods along the way.
This year the exhibition is at the Arts Quarter in Cheddar, with a private view Monday 24th March from 6PM to 8PM. The Arts Quarter is open daily between 10AM – 3PM, with the Sustain exhibition open for one week only from March 24th to March 30th.
This exhibition forms part of the Art, Film Game and Graphic Design Careers Excellence Hub. University Centre Weston’s Career Excellence Hubs are designed to be the launching pad for our learners’ careers. In a world where connections and relevant skills matter more than ever, these hubs offer a holistic approach that prepares learners to thrive in their chosen industries. With the support of these hubs, our learners are well-equipped to make a significant impact in their professional journeys.
Come along to see some lovely work which you’ll also have the chance to purchase at reasonable prices!
