Liz teaches on UCW Early Years Education and Education, Society and Childhood degree programmes. Liz is also placement co-ordinator supporting and observing students within their practice.
Liz graduated from Bath Spa University with an Honours degree in Early Years Education and is currently working towards her Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education at Falmouth University. Liz has worked within the early years sector as a nursery manager with a passion for delivering and valuing a child-centred approach and collaborative working practices. Liz has taught and supported early years students to achieve their apprenticeships. Liz believes in valuing the child's voice and supporting the unique child through play and a responsive pedagogy. Liz is looking to progress on to her Masters in Education in the future.
