This short course will support your understanding of how children learn and develop and the practices through which adults can enable this.
This module will introduce you to the role of play in early child development and learning and consider delivery of the curriculum through play with children.
This module will require you to experience practice within an appropriate setting to allow you to make the crucial links between policy, theory, and practice.
Funding of short courses:
All of our courses cost £2,900 but have a variety of flexible funding options available to them. There are also some discounts available to partner organisations or those sending more than one employee.
You employer / organisational may be able to part or fully fund your place via their staff development budget, alternatively you could take out a Student Loan, which does not need to be repaid until after you have completed your studies and are earning. Taking out a loan would not impact on your eligibility to access further funding to undertake a degree in the future.
If you have any questions or would like further information regarding funding, please contact us at finance@ucw.ac.uk
