Plunge into this stunning all-singing, all-dancing stage show performed by 2nd and 3rd year BA (Hons) Musical Theatre students at UCW ! This show brings the beloved characters of Bikini Bottom to life in a whole new way. The story follows SpongeBob and his friends as they band together to save their underwater world from an impending volcanic eruption. Despite the seemingly impossible odds, the power of optimism shines through, with a surprising hero emerging to save the day.

The musical, which is based on the hit animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, features a wide range of music by an eclectic group of artists, including Yolanda Adams, Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler and Panic! At the Disco. This show appeals to a wide audience of both kids and adults alike, while staying true to the quirky and heartwarming nature of the original cartoon.

There will be two performances held at the Winter Gardens Pavilion on 25th and 26th March 2025.

Doors open at 6:30PM / The performance will begin at 7:30pm – 10:30pm.
