Situated in the sunny seaside town of Weston-super-Mare, we're proud to be the top higher education centre in North Somerset.

Our smaller classes mean learners get more attention and interaction from our industry connected lecturing staff as well as the incredible student support on offer from our HEART team.

The engineering courses at UCW are delivered in the fantastic facilities on offer at our South West Skills Campus, with one workshop alone containing engineering equipment worth more than £1 million.

Our apprentices are part of UCW just like any other student, so they also have access to our other campuses and all of the support services we offer.

A degree apprenticeship offers a unique combination of higher education and on-the-job training.

In essence, they combine full-time paid work with part-time academic study meaning you'll be able to earn a wage whilst learning on the job with a high profile employer. When completed, you'll be awarded an Honours Degree at Level 6.
