Leanne trained at Laine Theatre Arts where she was awarded a Betty Laine Scholarship. She graduated in 2007 with a Musical Theatre Diploma alongside her ISTD teaching qualifications.
Since graduating, Leanne has worked as a professional dancer and teacher all over the world. Her credits include: We Will Rock You, Saturday Night Fever and Mamma Mia (Greece), Disney Camp Rock 2 (UK Tour), Peter Pan (Dubai), MJ History (P&O Cruises), M/V Ocean Village Cruises (MBP Productions), Tess of the D’Urbervilles (BBC). She has also danced as a supporting act to Liberty X, Journey South and Chiko as well as in multiple pantomimes including Snow White, Aladdin, Jack and the Beanstalk, Robin Hood.
Leanne gained her BA (Hons) in Dance Teaching from Middlesex University and as well as teaching at UCW, she also runs her own school Carlea Theatre Arts and has taught for Laine Theatre Arts junior classes and at Wells Cathedral School.
