Business Management Students E-Meet Environmental and Social (E&S) Consultant, Chenoa Davidson!

24/01/2023

If you’re looking for a Business degree programme that is fully up-to-date and regularly informed by leading industry professionals, then look no further!

Our Business Management and Sustainability, BA (Hons) course regularly engages with industry to ensure our students are always up-to-date with the most industry-relevant knowledge possible.

Last week was no exception, with our Business Management and Sustainability students getting the opportunity to listen to a guest lecture from Senior E&S Consultant, Chenoa!

Chenoa works for WSP, a leading engineering and environmental professional services consultancy. It provides technical expertise and strategic advice to clients across both the built and natural environments.

According to WSP, they “transform what’s possible to build a smarter, greener future for all.” They say: “We deliver innovative solutions to solve complex problems for our clients and the communities we serve, meeting both the needs of today and addressing the challenges of tomorrow.”

Chenoa has been engaging with our students for the past 3 years, every time she is able to bring the most up to date knowledge and extensive industry experience on sustainability and compliance.

The students were given the opportunity to put themselves in the position of a sustainability professional and discuss sustainability challenges within the industry, in addition to exploration around Environmental Impact Assessment.

Our students were intrigued to find out about the scope of Chenoa’s role and keen to ask how she is able to work across so many different countries on different projects.

There was lots of time for a Q&A session and Chenoa was incredibly helpful in answering all of our students’ questions.

Thank you to Chenoa for your engaging visit and insightful lecture!
